Meet Jared Lubeck
Since 2016, Jared Lubeck has been helping business owners and entrepreneurs throughout Arizona buy and sell businesses and commercial properties. Over the course of his career, he has successfully completed more than two hundred and fifty transactions with a combined value of over one hundred million dollars. His expertise covers every stage of the process, including valuation, confidential marketing, deal structuring, and SBA financing.
Jared is not only a business broker but also an entrepreneur. He actively owns and manages companies in senior assisted living, property services, event and media production, trucking, excavation, UTV rentals, income-producing real estate, and roll shutter manufacturing. His hands-on experience allows him to relate to his clients as a business owner who understands both the opportunities and the challenges of entrepreneurship.
He has earned recognition such as Broker of the Year from the Arizona Business Brokers Association, the Chairman’s Circle Award, and Top Individual Producer. Jared is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association and the Arizona Business Brokers Association.
Born and raised in Flagstaff, Jared is proud to call Arizona home. Away from the office, he enjoys scuba diving, mountain biking, dirt biking, paramotoring, and racing trophy trucks. He and his wife, Nicole, live in the Phoenix area with their two daughters and love spending time together exploring the outdoors.
